WELCOME

The Cambodian American Community Council of Washington (CACCWA) is a non-profit organization based in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. CACCWA initially formed in 2015 to organize and commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Khmer Genocide, an event which took place in Seattle, Washington. Through that event, we bore witness to our community gathering, collaborating, and connecting intergenerationally in an unprecedented and powerful way. This inspired us to go further with our work — leveraging partnerships with other local Khmer organizations in Washington State to serve the Khmer community state-wide by offering scholarship opportunities and other community services.
